Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your blanket to the warehouse for a refund (your blanket can’t be used and it has come with our original packaging). All items you wish to return must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense, except when the product has quality issue. If you are exchanging your product, YnM will pay for the cost of shipping to our warehouse and subsequently ship the new item to you, up to a certain shipping cost, given the fact that a receipt is attached.

You will have 30 days for requesting a refund or exchange, starting the date your parcel arrives at your address.

Easy Return Process:

  1. Email customer care at [email protected]. Our team is available to talk to you 24/7 ! Let us know if you would like to request a refund or exchange and we will walk you through the process and let you know how long it would take. The processing times for refund and exchange varies and it depends on our capacity).
  1. Ensure that your full name and order number are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. We highly suggest you to request a tracking number for your record. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or do not have an order number labeled on the parcel.
  1. If your product has any quality issue, we are happy to provide free return. All products sold on had one year warranty.
